Our Gajeta: The Source of the Freshest Fish on the Island

Every morning at sunrise, Gianni heads out to sea on his traditional wooden boat, the Gajeta, built with his friend Enrico to fish safely while honoring island traditions. After catching the freshest fish of the day, he returns to the restaurant. Then, he personally selects and cooks each fish, ensuring that every dish is served the same day. As a result, you experience true sea-to-table dining—fresh, pure, and authentic.
