cleaning: 30 Euro
pets: 6 Euro for day
air condition: 5 Euro for day, if requested
extra bed:  10 Euro for day
heating in winter: 10 Euro for apartment for day
Since water has to be transported on the island by boat from the mainland at Gorgonia 50 litres for day for apartment  are free, and for a bigger consume we charge 1,5 Euro for 100 litres.

During July and August: reservations are minimum for 1 week.
For stay less than 3 days, the price is 30 % higher
